The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (b MDXb or b Authorityb ), requires the professional services of a General Engineering Consultant (b Consultantb ) for a wide range of engineering, planning, design, environmental, right-of-way, architectural, construction management, landscape architecture, technical, management, public involvement, public communications support, and administrative services to maintain and manage the following: i)Transportation Improvement Program; ii)Capital Improvement Program; iii) Renewal and Replacement Program; iv)20-Year Master Transportation Plan (Long Range Transportation Plan); v)Reports to the State of Florida and bondholders, as required by the Trust Indenture for the Miami-Dade Expressway System (the b Systemb ); and vi)Support for the operation, maintenance, and construction of the System.
