MDX State Road 874 Ramp Connector
MDX has initiated a Project Development and Environment Study (PD&E) for the SR 874/Don Shula Ramp Connector to SW 136th Street. This new ramp would provide expressway access to the growing southwest Miami-Dade communities located west of the Turnpike. During the PD&E Study different alternatives will be evaluated as well as any potential impacts of these alternatives. MDX will provide continuous public involvement efforts. In addition to a Kick-Off Meeting in April, there will be an Alternatives Workshop in August of 2010 and a Public Hearing early 2011. Please check back often for details on future meetings.
We are available to provide presentations to Homeowners Associations and Civic Groups upon request. If you have any questions or comments email us at 874ramp@mdxway.com or contact Tere Garcia, Public Information Officer, at 786-277-9292.
