MDX is conducting a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference for all Proposers on January 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the William M. Lehman Building (MDX Headquarters), 3790 Northwest 21st Street, Miami, Florida 33142.
ATTENDANCE AT THIS PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE IS MANDATORY. Note: Proposers arriving fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled start time pursuant to the MDX clock will not be permitted to sign-in as attendees of the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference. Failure by a Proposer to attend, as indicated by the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference Sign-In Sheet, shall result in its Proposal being deemed non-responsive.
The purpose of the Pre-Proposal Conference is to provide an open forum for MDX to review the Solicitation Documents and the Services with the Proposers as well as to respond to questions or concerns from Proposers.
