Nick A. Inamdar is responsible for the location, underwriting and financing of multifamily housing sites in Florida and maintains oversight of the governmental affairs of the company. The Gatehouse Group is an industry leader in the acquisition, development, marketing, and management of apartment communities throughout the United States. Mr. Inamdar is an advocate for affordable housing issues and is involved with the Legislative Committee of the statewide Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers. Prior to joining The Gatehouse Group, Mr. Inamdar was a consultant for Federal, State, County and Municipal elected officials and candidates. Mr. Inamdar graduated from The Florida State University.
